NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

The Middlesex County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund (MCMJIF) is pursuant to the Fair and Open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4, et seq. soliciting responses from professional service entities to serve in the following positions for the 2027 Fund Year:

• Auditor
• Actuary
• Third Party Claims Administrator (TPA)
• Legal Counsel
• Public Information Officer
• Certified Municipal Finance Officer (CMFO)
• Executive Director
• Managed Care

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or contacting the Fund’s office during regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

All responses must be received by the Fund Administrator no later than Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Fund’s office located at 750 US Route 202 South, Suite 210, Bridgewater, New Jersey 08807 at which time and place all responses will be opened. Any responses received after the designated time and date cannot be accepted by law.
